Response to transparency regarding the Bolton Street gasoline spill

Category : General

Dear voters,
Recently my former primary opponent and Marlborough City Councilor at large, Mike Ossing filed and order requesting the Council support a resolution encouraging legislative action and transparency on the bills I have filed regarding the Bolton Street gasoline spill.  In response, my colleague Representative Gentile and I submitted a letter to the Council providing an update and reminding the council that throughout the duration of this tragedy they have been invited to help us help the victims in any way they can.  The council, in what was clearly a pre-arranged maneuver, adjourned before reading our communication.  Rather than initiating politically motivated, I continue to encourage my colleagues on the council to work with us to help these families recover from this terrible situation.
